Dear Elliott families,
Welcome back to our returning families! To our new families, welcome to the Elliott Elementary School community! We hope you all enjoyed the fun-filled summer days, and it is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to get ready for another exciting and successful 2022-2023 school year.
With your support, we can continue to make Elliott a California Distinguished School for our children. Elliott is a community that's based on vibrant parent involvement. Your contribution, whether it is your time, knowledge, or resources, make a difference. We invite you to become an involved member. Thank you for helping in any way you can and showing your children the importance you place on their education. “A strong PTA represents parent involvement and parent involvement represents student success.”
The Elliott PTA Membership Drive is still going on! I strongly encourage everyone to renew or start a new membership for only $10.00 per person. But please keep in mind that PTA does not receive the full amount of $10.00. $5.25 goes to PTA Council and State PTA and only $4.75 goes to Elliott PTA. Thank you to all the families that have already renewed and to the new members also. At this writing, we have a total of 45 members that includes some of our teachers. Being part of “PTA DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO ATTEND MEETINGS OR VOLUNTEER TO ALL EVENTS.”
Merchandise sales is a year-round sale! Elliott t-shirts are advisable for students to wear every Friday for Spirit Day and on field trips. Order forms will be sent home soon. Please check our Website Calendar for the following events www.elliottpta.net
